About Holden
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Holden is a stunning husky/shepherd mix who will capture your heart with his intelligence and sweetness. He delights in water play, toys, a rousing game of tug of war, and even enjoys a quick soccer match! After being found wandering the streets, Holden quickly became a shelter favorite thanks to his gentle and playful nature. He absolutely adores people and loves nothing more than cuddling up for kisses and snuggles—he’s a true love bug on the couch. This affectionate boy knows several commands like sit, paw, down (with a little encouragement), and give (the ball). When you call him or ask him to sit, he’s eager to please. Holden is a fan of chew toys, Kong balls, and rope toys, and he enjoys a good game of fetch. While he loves being around people, he can be food aggressive around other dogs, so it's important to watch mealtimes if there are other pups. He’ll let you know in the morning when it's time to go out, showing off his good manners and house training. Weighing about 55 pounds and around four years old, Holden is ready to find a loving home. Everyone who meets him is impressed with not only his handsome looks but also his calm and loving demeanor. Could this exceptional companion be your perfect match? Come meet Holden and see for yourself! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
