Click apply to start the adoption process. Meet Drax! This resilient Belgian Malinois and German Shepherd mix was born in March 2024 and has already overcome so much. After being injured in an accident that resulted in pelvic surgery and the removal of his tail, Drax has shown incredible strength and spirit. He now enjoys a full active life, with excellent use of his rear right leg and good mobility in his left. Despite his challenges, Drax is a happy, loving, and lively young dog who adores his daily walks. Housebroken and trustworthy when left alone, Drax does not need to be kenneled and shows great respect for your belongings—no unwanted chewing here! Drax is maturing into a wonderful companion who’s been neutered and is fully vaccinated. While he’s not cat-tested and currently requires further socialization to feel at ease with all people and pets, his affectionate and upbeat personality shines through every day. Weighing in at around 60 pounds, Drax is ready for a fresh start with a family willing to help him continue blossoming. He enjoys plenty of daily walks and lives for love and adventure.
