About Sam & Rosie
Sam and Rosie are a bonded brother and sister pair with striking green eyes and classic tabby marble coats. Rescued from difficult beginnings, these two are gentle souls who need patience and understanding from their next family. After more than two years in foster care, they’ve made meaningful progress, but still need a calm, quiet home to truly unwind. Sam is a curious observer who likes to keep an eye on things but isn’t a fan of being petted or picked up. He will gladly accept Churu treats from your hand and enjoys a feather toy session, but prefers not to be touched. Rosie is slow to warm up, but with time, she allows gentle pets and even short cuddles. She has some anxiety and takes daily medication; her foster home uses calming aids to help her feel at ease. Sam and Rosie do best in a peaceful space without small children or dogs, though they get along just fine with other friendly cats. They’re looking for an adopter who understands that trust takes time and who is ready to give them a safe place to land. Their adoption fee covers both siblings. Give these shy, sweet companions their break at a true home. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
