About Wilbur

Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Say hello to Wilbur, a charming and playful kitty sporting a whimsical half mustache! Wilbur is a bit shy at first and will flourish with a patient adopter who can give him time to build trust and feel at ease. He really thrives in the company of another cat, so a feline companion is essential to boost his confidence and give him a buddy to play with and learn from. Though Wilbur has vestibular disease from having a large inner ear polyp removed earlier in life, he doesn't let it stop him from enjoying life. He has a subtle head tilt and his third eyelid is slightly visible in one eye, with the occasional loss of balance, but he remains an energetic, healthy cat who loves running around, chasing springs and toy mice, and wrestling with his kitty friends. Wilbur gets along wonderfully with other cats and dogs and would do best in a calm home with older, respectful kids who can give him space as he adjusts. With a little patience, a quiet environment, and the companionship of another cat, Wilbur will reward you with his playful spirit and loving personality. If you're ready to offer Wilbur the stable, affectionate home he deservesโ€”and you have a friendly feline already at homeโ€”he just might be the perfect addition to your family. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
