Coming from a reservation, Nakita faced serious challenges, including being hit by a car, which left her with a broken pelvis. Medical assessments weren't hopeful, with some suggesting euthanasia. Yet, this resilient pup proved everyone wrong and is now thriving! Weighing about 20 pounds and full of life, Nakita has a vibrant personality. She zooms around with joy, jumps with excitement, and plays like any happy pup you would meet, all while showcasing her irresistible charm with that adorable face. While Nakita does have special needs in that she experiences urinary incontinence and will require some extra care—like the use of diapers—she’s made incredible progress. She's regained most control over her bowel movements, which is a testament to her fighting spirit.
