My Story: I was found huddled against a church in Jeannette, PA, Westmoreland County with my 2 siblings. A volunteer came to locate and pick us up. We were extremely scared with little human interaction. Our eyes were crusty and they were extremely skinny. This area is known for many unaltered cats living in colonies across the city.
