About Renn
Renn is a young calico cat who landed in foster care after her challenging start under a stranger’s house. She came to the rescue freshly postpartum, ill with an abscess and mastitis, and needed urgent vet care. Her kittens went to another rescue that could bottle-feed them, while Renn stayed behind, recovering her health away from the chaos of shelter life. At about a year old, Renn is now spayed, microchipped, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, and has tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV. This petite girl has a soft, short calico coat and prefers a calm, quiet home. She coexists well with other cats but would feel overwhelmed by young children or a bustling environment. Renn is timid—she doesn’t scratch or bite—but she does like her space, often watching the world from the comfort of her bed. She needs an adopter who’ll be patient with her quirks and let her settle in at her own pace. Give her gentle affection and a low-stress routine, and she’ll quietly thrive.
