About Weston

They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Weston is a 55-pound, 7-month-old Black Mouth Cur/Boxer mix who is bursting with energy and affection. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and especially enjoys playtime with smaller companions, like his foster sibling, a 20-pound Yorkie. Weston is also great with kids, is very sweet, and loves to show his gentle and loving nature to everyone around him. This playful pup is crate trained and has quickly picked up on new routines during his time in foster care. He has learned to potty outside and mastered the 'sit' command within his first week, showing just how fast he learns. Weston enjoys leash walks, is easy to manage, and never pulls, making outings enjoyable for both of you. Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. All dogs in this rescue are cared for in foster homes and will have up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and prevention, and are spayed or neutered with a microchip before adoption.
