About Ty
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Meet Ty! Ty is a 1-year-old brown tabby boy searching for a forever home where he’ll feel safe and loved after being rescued from animal control. Full of friendly energy, he loves attention and especially adores being petted. Ty has a playful spirit—once playtime starts, he never wants it to end, and you’ll often find that he’s reluctant to retire back into his kitty tower when the fun is over! After a burst of action, he’s content to curl up and snuggle for a good, long nap. Ty is FIV positive, so an adopter should be prepared to give him a safe environment either as an only cat, with other friendly FIV cats, or possibly with non-aggressive felines after a careful, slow introduction. He’s still figuring out how he feels about other cats, often observing his FIV playgroup from a distance and occasionally acting a bit sassy around the other boys. With the right patience and a gradual introduction, he could find comfort with compatible companions. All NAWS cats, including Ty, go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines. Ty is waiting for the right person to give him the security and affection he deserves. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
