Peanut Collins is a big-hearted boy who has been patiently waiting for his forever home for over a year. Peanut is a 4 year old Belgian Malinois mix weighing approximately 85 pounds. He has a big personality and plenty of opinions that he isn't afraid to share. Peanut is: Dog friendly Cat friendly Potty trained Leash trained (though he might pull if he spots something exciting) Loves walks, runs, and playtime – especially tug! Not suitable for homes with small children Requires a secure 6-foot fence (or consistent walks) – he's an athletic boy! Peanut takes a little time to trust new people, but once he trusts you he’ll be your most loyal companion. He’s affectionate, goofy, and loves attention. That said, he has a stubborn streak and he's smart enough to know what he doesn't like, so he’ll thrive with someone who understands working breeds and appreciates a smart dog with an attitude. Peanut Collins’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
