About Diamond
Diamond is a medium-sized gray terrier mix currently living in a foster home in Memphis, TN and scheduled to travel to New Jersey once adopted. At a year and a half old and weighing around 40 pounds, Diamond is a tripod who lost her front leg due to past neglect, but that hasn’t slowed her down. She’s gentle at heart and thrives as a playful, well-mannered companion. Diamond loves running and playing in the backyard—she has her zoomie moments and enjoys flipping toys in the air before chasing them down. She’s affectionate with children and other dogs, preferring chill time or some backyard fun rather than chaos. While she’s still working on leash manners and mastering basic commands like "sit" and "shake," Diamond responds quickly with a little encouragement and belly rubs. She’s initially shy but very cuddly and loves attention once she warms up. Give her toys or a Kong filled with peanut butter and she’s content, but sitting outside in the sun is another favorite pastime. Diamond is spayed, fully vaccinated, house trained, and microchipped. She is heartworm negative and ready to meet her new family. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
