About Fig
Fig is a sensitive, young cat who has been in and out of foster homes since arriving at the shelter as a stray in November 2023. Busy places overwhelm her, but give her a calm home and she’ll show her playful side—peeking out from curtains, batting at toys, and spending lots of time by your side. Fig is food-motivated and curious, often trailing her people from room to room, and she’ll entertain herself with vertical scratchers and window watching. She needs a patient family willing to give her space and time to settle in at her own pace. Fig is on a daily anxiety medication, mixed right in with her morning meal. She’s currently thriving in a foster home, waiting for someone who understands her need for a peaceful environment and a slow approach to new things. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
