When she’s not playing, she loves to perch by the window, chirping at birds and squirrels as if she’s part of the conversation. Manatee is an independent girl who values her space and time to adjust. She’s shy and reserved at first, not a lap cat, but once she trusts you, she enjoys gentle head scratches and belly rubs, purring contentedly when she feels comfortable. She’s best suited to a calm, patient home where her personality can blossom at her own pace. She’s okay with other cats after a slow introduction and might tolerate a mellow dog.
