Miss Maple is a brindle, young female pit bull terrier mix of medium size. She is house trained, spayed, and up to date on vaccinations. Currently cared for by Muddy Paws Second Chance Rescue, Inc., she brings youthful spirit and a loving temperament to her search for a forever family.

At just 7 months old, Miss Maple is already stealing hearts and chewing shoes with her signature puppy enthusiasm. Her brindle coat is smooth as syrup and her playful eyes are always sparkling with a hint of mischief. As a pit bull terrier mix, she's equal parts cuddle bug and chaos coordinator, bringing joyful energy into every home she enters. Miss Maple’s personality shines through her curiosity, endless affection, and that irresistibly sassy spirit. She adores dawn zoomies, snuggling up like a weighted blanket, and embarking on stick-tasting adventures in the yard. Tail-wagging diplomacy and expert-level puppy eyes are among her special skills, and she’s a total belly rub enthusiast. Bold and loving, Miss Maple is blossoming into her full, loyal personality. Whether she’s flopped over for belly rubs or trying to befriend the squirrels, she brings sunshine wherever she goes. She kennels easily, knows basic commands like sit, give it, drop it, no, and come, and is making great progress with her potty training. She thrives on cuddles and gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats, making her a fantastic friend to other pets. She is just waiting for the perfect person to offer her a loving home! Please note: Miss Maple overcame parvo as a puppy and is now healthy and ready to start the next chapter of her life. She must be adopted in person within 50 miles of the Omaha/Council Bluffs area and adopters should be familiar with local breed-specific legislation concerning pit bulls. Meetings will be arranged with foster families after applications are screened.
