About Maverick Fka Cedrick
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Meet Maverick, a Lab mix born in January 2020, who is seeking a peaceful and predictable home environment. Maverick does best with a female caretaker and would thrive with another dog or cat, especially a female canine companion. He’s most comfortable in the company of another animal and loves an active lifestyle, so a fenced backyard (at least 6 feet high) with room to play ball is a must. He is particular about his toys and prefers a quiet, private place to enjoy his meals. Crate trained and happiest with a routine, Maverick will do best in a home where he’s not left alone for more than 6 hours—ideally with someone who works from home or can give him consistent attention. Maverick is naturally nervous and needs time to adjust when meeting new people or entering new environments, but once you’ve earned his trust, he’ll be ready for cozy couch snuggles. Did you know Maverick is an Aquarius? Aquarians are known for their loyalty and gentle spirit. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
