Snow is a husky with a big personality and plenty of charm. About two years old and weighing around 45 lbs, he’s best known for his sweet and affectionate nature—and his talent for serenading anyone within earshot. He’s playful, sometimes rambunctious, and incredibly smart, with a silly streak and a knack for curiosity. Snow loves to be with other dogs and thrives in social play. Though he’s never lived with cats, his husky instincts mean he might not be the best roommate for them. Recently, Snow graduated from board and train, and his foster parents say he’s extremely food motivated and quick to pick up on positive reinforcement. He’s made great strides with house training and responds well to structure. Snow needs a secure yard to run, since like any husky he’s an escape artist at heart. Long walks and hikes are right up his alley, and he’d do best with an active person or family who can keep up with his energy and commitment to ongoing training. Snow can be shy when meeting new people—especially men—but usually warms up after a few minutes.
