His early days were spent bottle-fed as an orphaned kitten, but after a tough stretch of neglect that left him with a condition called megacolon, Cameron now embraces life with a few special routines. He needs Cisapride and Lactulose twice daily, a special Hills wet food diet, regular belly massages, and the occasional 'butt cut' to keep his thick fur manageable and clean. Cameron may not always make it to the litter box for number two, but his solid poops are easy to handle and he always uses the box for peeing. He can't jump very high or do stairs easily, so single-level homes suit him best. Known for his calm, affectionate presence, Cameron loves head butts, brushing, chilling on his heating pad, and occasional laser pointer action. He’s happiest in a peaceful home, ideally with someone who has experience with special-needs cats. He gets along well with other cats and currently lives in a communal setting, but loud kids or hyper dogs are a bit much for him.
