Meet Classy, a delightful blend of joy and resilience! 🎉 Born on August 16, 2012, this wise and wonderful soul has a heart full of love and a story that will melt your heart. Classy came to us after a tough start, where she and her son found themselves lost, abandoned when their owner wasn't there to care for them. That's when she entered our rescue, weighing in at about 35 pounds, with some hurdles to overcome — skin issues, heartworm, and mammary tumors. But guess what? This amazing lady didn’t let that stop her! She’s been fighting the good fight and recently got promoted to office manager here at the shelter! 🌟  Despite the odds, Classy continues to shine. She’s a beauty with a personality that can light up a room. When it comes to her furry friends, she can be good with some dogs, so if there are pups in your home, a test is a must! Plus, she’s become quite the sweetheart to cats lately, loving snuggle time with them! 🐱❤️ With kids, Classy has shown she’s got her animal-loving credentials. She's been alright with our young tester, so feel free to bring your little ones for a meet and greet. Now, here’s where the story gets even better: Classy has been fully vetted and is ready to find her forever home! 🌈 She is heartworm positive, but don't worry, she’s on monthly preventative treatment, and any potential adopters will need a plan with their vet for future care. Her adoption fee of $100 covers her spay/neuter, vaccinations, heartworm testing, and microchip. What a deal for such a wonderful dog!
