This sweet and gentle girl was found as a stray and lovingly cared for by a Good Samaritan until it became clear she was expecting. Knowing they couldn't give her and her pups the care they needed, they reached out for help—and that's when Effie's rescue journey truly began. Effie is a shy soul, but she's slowly learning to trust and discovering the joys of a safe, quiet life. She enjoys sunbathing beside her southern foster mom and was an incredibly devoted mama to her puppies. Effie is looking forward to the next chapter—one filled with love.
