Topsy is a two-year-old Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd mix with a short, tan and black coat who thrives on activity and affection. She’s an eager, playful companion who lights up for treats and enjoys playing with people, no matter their age. She came into the shelter alongside her buddy Turvy, and although he’s found his family, she’s still waiting for hers.
