About Meow Meow
Lets make it official, apply to adopt! Meet Meow Meow, a 4-year-old spayed beauty ready to charm her way into your heart. Although petite, she boasts a big, loving personality and adores giving and getting affection from both her family and strangers. Meow Meow is comfortable being held and handled, but her curious spirit means she prefers to stay on the move—she may not stay in your arms long but will happily shadow you throughout your home. During cuddle time, she expresses her affection with endearing love nibbles, sliding her mouth gently across your hand. Her playful nature shines whether she’s engaging with you or amusing herself—and when the zoomies hit, she’s not shy about telling you all about her fun. She delights in watching the world go by from a window (screened, of course) and makes a wonderful home office companion, napping nearby while you work. Meow Meow loves scratching posts and will thrive in a home with plenty of cat-friendly furniture. She’s quick to redirect her scratching but sometimes forgets in her excitement to greet you. Having been a young mom before arriving at the rescue, she’s now ready to relax and be your lifelong friend. She has experience living with both children and other cats. To adopt, you’ll need to complete an application and meet her in the foster home. The rescue generally only adopts within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and does not do same-day adoptions. This could be the start of something paw-some.
