About Monet Bonded With Van

Monet is part of the "artist series" litter and is bonded to his brother, Van Gogh. He’s a roughly 2-year-old, medium-sized guy with harlequin, black, and cream markings, and a short coat that shows off his classic hound mix look. Monet’s personality is easy to love: outgoing, friendly with everyone, and more than a little playful. He entertains himself with his favorite green stuffy and soft yellow ball and is happiest when surrounded by toys or people who give him that extra bit of attention and affection. Monet gets along with dogs of all sizes and is likely to thrive in a home with kids. He isn’t suited for a home with cats or other small animals—typical hound, he’ll chase them given the opportunity. A securely fenced yard is the best setup for him and his bonded brother. He’s house trained, neutered, and his vaccinations are up to date. Like all young, energetic dogs, Monet does best with patient adopters who are ready for daily activity and a long-term commitment. Born January 16, he’s a practical Capricorn—independent but loyal, eager to please, and consistent in his routines. Monet is currently in Puerto Rico but transport will be arranged to New York/New Jersey once adopted. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
