Wisteria is an adult American Bulldog who weighs in at 45 lbs, radiating both muscle and charm. Having overcome a difficult beginning as one of 40 dogs rescued from a heartbreaking cruelty situation, Wisteria is ready to start a new, happy chapter filled with love and security. Wisteria stands out for his sweetness, affectionate nature, and eagerness to please. He’s completed five weeks of professional training and knows commands such as sit, down, stay, and heel. Always up for fun, he enjoys trips to dog parks, long walks, and energizing games of fetch and soccer—which are his favorites! Wisteria is social with other dogs and thrives best in a structured environment where he can stay active and engaged. His ideal home is a single-family residence with a fully fenced yard, providing plenty of space to play. Wisteria will do best in a home with adults or families with children over 15 and with an adopter who leads an active lifestyle—walking, running, and outdoor play are essential for this bright fellow. Confident, experienced dog handlers will particularly enjoy partnering with this determined and intelligent dog.
