About Tuxy
Meet Tuxy, a two-year-old survivor with a heart as big as his comeback story. Tuxy was struggling to get by outdoors, arriving at our rescue after he was found with a metal hook in his muzzle and a swollen face, the result of tough days dodging neighborhood tomcats. Swift vet care and a compassionate foster turned things around for him. Now neutered, fully vetted, and settled into indoor life, Tuxy proves resilient cats don’t lose their sweetness. He’s super affectionate, friendly, and comfortable around other gentle cats. Tuxy’s short black-and-white coat gives him that classic tuxedo charm, and his gentle nature means he’s ready to become part of a loving home. He's house trained and up-to-date on vaccinations. He’ll do best in a home without large dogs or young children, and a traditional home setup—no doggy doors—keeps him safest. Tuxy is in Grand Prairie, TX, and a meet-and-greet is only available for Dallas Metroplex area adopters. Ready to meet this remarkable cat? Your new best friend is just one click away.
