Roosevelt is one of the sweetest cats in the program. He is extremely affectionate and outgoing. He wants to be a part of the action and will follow you from room to room, climb in your lap and purr up a storm. He's cat friendly and has been well socialized and would likely do okay in a home with small children if monitored well and advocated for as necessary! Dogs unknown. Neutered and ready to go home!!
