About Gravy
Gravy has the honor of being Melly Cat’s longest resident, and it’s time for her to finally enjoy a soft landing. This large tortoiseshell lady spent her younger years raising litters—she’s been a mother many times. Now, she deserves to have the focus on her. Gravy has some neurological issues affecting her back legs, but she still manages to get around just fine. She does need to be an indoor-only cat, since her mobility makes the outdoors unsafe for her. While she’s semi-feral and keeps her distance from people, Gravy lights up around other cats and will do best with a companion kitty. Her fluffy-tailed presence brings calm to any cat group, but she’ll need someone willing to go slow, respect her boundaries, and let her settle into a quiet home. Gravy won’t ever be a lap cat, but she fits in well with feline friends and appreciates patience. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
