About Glenda Mae

Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Glenda Mae, a gorgeous "pretty-in-pink" girl who's living her best life in her foster home! Weighing in at around 45 lbs fully grown and heartworm negative, Glenda Mae has come out of her shell since leaving the stressful shelter environment. With a constant smile and a playful heart, she loves toys, tug-of-war, fetch, and especially her adorable zoomies—she pounces with the spirit of an arctic fox! Despite her energetic play, she's also content to nap most of the day alongside her foster while they work. Glenda Mae happily sleeps through the night in her kennel after a good play session. This sweet girl is quite the cuddle bug and adores squeezing onto laps for snuggles. She's making progress on her potty training and learning leash manners, doing especially well in her harness. When out on walks, Glenda Mae remains calm and observant around people and dogs, showing curiosity but not reactivity. She can get mouthy during excited play and while getting harnessed, so she would shine brightest in an adult-only home or a household with older children who can patiently guide her. Once outside and comfortable, Glenda Mae is the life of the party, eager to make friends and entice others to play with her outrageously fun zoomies! Born on September 11, Glenda Mae is a Virgo, known for their loyal spirit and loving energy. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
