Karma has special needs: she moves independently on her two front legs after having both back legs amputated and is also incontinent. Karma gets along with both dogs and children, and she’s looking for a thoughtful home ready to welcome a remarkable survivor.
About Karma
Karma is a sweet, affectionate little dog who lights up when she’s outside rolling in the grass and soaking up belly rubs. She’s a Baladi mix, with features of both the Labrador Retriever and Pharaoh Hound. Karma’s story started rough—she’s originally from Egypt and had both of her back legs amputated after a traumatic experience. She’s also incontinent. Despite all that, Karma has adapted like a true survivor. She uses a wheelchair sometimes but can move easily on her two front legs when she feels like it, cruising around with ease. Her gentle temperament and playful nature make her a joy to be around. Karma gets along well with other dogs and loves being around children, making her a great fit for a home that can provide the little extra care she needs.
