**Meet Chaos (aka Betty Lu or "Lulu")!** Betty Lu, affectionately called "Lulu" by her foster family, is a happy, playful puppy with a big heart and a love for everyone she meets. She's partially potty trained and is working on basic commands like "no," "stay," "come," and "sit." While she hasn't been leash-walked yet, she's getting used to wearing her collar. With a medium energy level, Lulu balances playtime and cuddle time beautifully. She is a "velcro dog" and wants to be wherever you are!
