Fox is pair bonded with Joey and will need to be adopted together Meet Fox – A Gentle Soul Finding His Courage Fox is a shy but sweet kitty who’s still learning that people can be kind and safe. While he’s not fully socialized yet, he’s making steady progress each day in his foster home. He’s started to relax more around his foster mom, even choosing to nap nearby on the couch—a big step for this cautious little guy! Fox is never aggressive when he feels unsure; he simply slips away to a safe spot. His favorite hideout is a cozy cubby in the cat tree, but lately, he's been spending more time out in the open—especially when it’s playtime! He loves zooming up and down the stairs, chasing wand toys, and batting around little toy mice. He also enjoys the company of other cats and plays wonderfully with his two feline foster siblings. Wrestling and group play are his favorite ways to engage, and having confident kitty friends helps him feel more secure. Fox is looking for a patient, cat-savvy adopter who will give him the time and space he needs to grow at his own pace. With a calm environment and lots of love, this shy boy has the potential to blossom into a wonderful companion. ADOPTION FEE: $250 * We do not allow same-day adoptions. * This is because we want our adopters to consider the commitment of owning a kitty. We are also a volunteer-run organization. We do not always have someone available to process the adoption agreement and medical records at the time of the in-person meet and greet. Thank you for understanding! What is covered in our adoption fee? Mario's Paw felines come: Microchipped, Spayed/Neutered, FIV/FELV tested, UTD on age-appropriate vaccines, de-wormed, and flea-treated. * We do not permit any feline to be adopted without receiving a spay or neuter surgery. * In addition to the above, your adoption fee helps us cover supplies, admin costs, and vet bills that arise with all of the kittens that come into our care. We take in many medical cases that require extra surgeries such as eye enucleations and amputations, specialist visits, and imaging. Because of the adoption fees, we are able to bring in more medically needy felines!
