About Fiona
Fiona is a five-year-old black German Shepherd mix with a magnetic energy for play and companionship. Ball games are her personal favorite, and sheāll chase just about any sphere with gustoārain or shine doesnāt matter. Sheās a smart, quick learner, especially if there isnāt a toy stealing her focus. Destroying squeaky toys is her second calling, but sheās not destructiveājust after the squeaker treasure inside. Beyond her high spirits, Fiona loves affection and turns into a total softie for cuddle time. Sheās known for flopping onto her back, legs in the air, waiting for a hug. With people, sheās eager to say hello, usually with a bark thatās equal parts invitation and demand for attention. Fiona cannot eat chicken, so sheās currently on a salmon-based diet, but she could use some help finding the right food to keep her interested and healthy. She prefers to be the only animal in the houseāother pets just donāt suit her energy. Due to her size and excitement, Fiona isnāt a fit with small children, but she likes older, sturdier folks who can match her strength and energy. Sheās house trained and spayed, and her vaccines are up to date. While she spends a lot of time in boarding, she hasnāt lost hope of finding an active family who loves playtime and is also content to relax on the couch. Ready to meet your new best friend?
