About Gouda

Gouda is a sweet soul looking for a true home after some rough turns in life. Left outdoors following his previous family's breakup, he’s spent months yearning for closeness and steady company. Gouda bears traces of Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman, Labrador, and Catahoula Leopard Dog—built strong and loyal, but what he wants most is to be right beside someone who gives him their full attention. He lived with his sisters, Blu and Velveeta, but really does best as the only dog in the home. He isn't fond of other male dogs or cats, and after years outdoors, he might need a little refresher on manners inside. Gouda has plenty of energy and will thrive in a home with a large, fenced yard where he can stretch out, play, and start new routines with you. He’s well-suited for patient folks willing to help him settle in and show him what family means again. Gouda is ready for his new life pending his neuter and rabies vaccine. Your new best friend is just one click away.
