About Scooter Pie Special Needs
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Scooter Pie is as sweet as her name suggests! This adorable, small bully mix might have a unique walk due to deformed back legs, but it doesn't slow her spirited soul. Born from a tough past where she was discarded after a breeder experiment, Scooter Pie was found bravely fending for herself. Now, under the care of MVPC, she's seen the vet and started physical therapy, continuing to get stronger each day—and she loves the water! Scooter Pie adores her jolly and herding balls and gets along great with both big and small dogs. This affectionate pup absolutely loves her humans and indulges in belly rubs whenever possible. She's making excellent progress with her leash skills, basic commands, crate time, and potty training. Heads up: Scooter Pie has a soft spot for chewing, so she needs sturdy toys to keep her busy. A home with a secure, physical fence (no electric fencing) is required, and for her continued socialization, a male dog in the home is a must. She thrives with children aged 8 and up, and she's ready for an experienced, loving adopter to help her live her very best life. Fun fact: Born on October 14, Scooter Pie is a Libra—known for being social, sweet, and thriving on companionship! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
