About Weaver

Weaver is a quiet, low-maintenance cat who opens up into a loving, devoted companion once he gets comfortable. At first, he might hang back and keep an eye on things from a safe spot, but give him time and patience, and he’ll reward you with his irresistible motorboat purr the moment you start petting him. Weaver thrives best in calm, peaceful settings where he can claim his favorite perch and relax—think a cozy cat tree by the window for maximum sightseeing. He gets along with gentle cats and respectful dogs, but would be equally content as your solo pet. Weaver is happy to hang out close by, content with your company and as much attention as he’s in the mood for. He came from a tough situation with many other kittens and, as the last of his group, he’s more than ready for the stability of a permanent home. He had a tough start, with an eye infection as a kitten that left a bit of scarring on one eyelid, but it’s nothing that holds him back; just a quick wipe every so often keeps things comfortable for him. Weaver would appreciate a quiet household with patient folks, possibly with older kids who understand that some cats take a little time to warm up. Once he settles in, he’s as easy to love as he is to care for—and that purr is impossible to resist. Weaver was born on April 15th, which makes him an Aries—curious, brave, and a little independent, true to his sign. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
