Penelope is a striking three-year-old seal mitted Ragdoll with deep, dark seal coloring and plenty of presence. She showed up wary of human contact, keeping her distance and reacting with quick retreats and hissing at first. Thanks to a dedicated volunteer, Penelope now knows that hands mean gentle pets, and she has started to enjoy attention on her own terms. She would do best in a quiet, patient home without children. Dogs are likely too much for her, but she does fine with other cats. She’s looking for someone thoughtful who won’t rush her, but will let her continue to open up at her pace. With time, she’s sure to become a loving, affectionate companion. Penelope is located in Ennis, TX. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
