Kahlo is a special needs dog—she is paralyzed in her back end and wears diapers due to incontinence, using a cart to get around. She gets along well with both dogs and cats, making her a wonderful companion for homes with other pets. Kahlo is seeking an understanding family ready to provide the care she deserves.

Despite experiencing a severe spinal cord injury that left her back end paralyzed, Kahlo doesn’t let her disability hold her back. She rocks a diaper and gets around with the help of a cute little wheelchair, always striving for a happy, active life. Kahlo is dreaming of a foster or forever home with a family who sees her for the amazing, resilient soul she is. With her in your life, you’ll quickly discover inspiration in her determination and love.
