But thanks to the steady devotion of a Good Samaritan who showed up every day just to earn her trust, Reecy's transformation began. When she arrived at LAPS, Reecy had painful dental issues and a deep fear of being touched. Our incredible veterinary team worked their magic to make her pain-free, and our patient, loving volunteers helped her discover that not all hands hurt—some heal. Today, Reecy welcomes affection with a soft heart and gentle spirit. Her journey is nothing short of inspiring, and now she’s ready for the peaceful forever home she truly deserves.
