Hi, I’m Tulsa. Like a lot of the dogs around here I was most likely dumped, as I was one of 4 small pups found together. I know it's hard to tell from my picture but I'm a real sweetheart! If the photographer had told me he was taking my post picture I might have tried to show you my true personality. So, I guess you’ll just have to visit the shelter to see for yourself what a friendly dog I am.
