Meet Humphrey, an 11-month-old bulldog mix with a short black and white coat and a love for cuddling. He’s convinced he’s a lap dog and is happiest close to his foster mom. Humphrey is friendly with other dogs—he’s lived with several foster siblings and gets along with them well. He’s crate trained, house trained, and knows sit, shake, and lay down. He catches on fast and has a goofy, lovable energy, but he’s also sharp and picks up new skills quickly. Food and toys are big motivators for him, and he enjoys going on walks, doing best one-on-one. He adores people and gives plenty of kisses, though he’s still learning how to share toys. If you leave something tempting on the counter, expect him to show off his athletic jumping skills. Humphrey hasn’t met any cats yet, but he’s made friends at adoption events and warms up quickly to new humans and dogs.
