About Maple
Maple arrived at the rescue alongside her brother, Chopstick, when their family’s situation changed unexpectedly. After a stable foster start as kittens, these bonded siblings once again find themselves searching for a safe landing spot. Maple is a calico with orange and white coloring and prefers the company of her brother, finding comfort and security with him. She’s shy at first and may hiss if nervous, but she’s never aggressive—she just needs patience and some space as she settles in. Once Maple feels comfortable, her gentle personality begins to show, especially when she’s curled up next to her sibling. Fully vetted and house trained, Maple gets along with other cats and does all right with children if they're patient and respectful. If you have a quiet room or space and some patience to spare, Maple and her brother are hoping for a gentle new start. Every act of kindness counts. Your new best friend is just one click away.
