Meet Halligan! Halligan is a 5-6 year old lab mix who was adopted out as a puppy, but unfortunately his owner passed away and so he is looking for a new loving forever home. He is reported to not do well with other dogs, but he has not yet been dog tested, as he is still adjusting to being at the kennel. Halligan is friendly with volunteers and knows “sit” and “paw”! He takes a daily anxiety medication to help him manage stress. Halligan needs a home without children under 13.
