About Sidekick
Sidekick is a friendly, affectionate lap cat who’s been through a lot. After getting adopted, she was abandoned a year later and ended up back at the shelter before landing safely with rescue. Despite it all, Sidekick leans into people and seeks out attention—she’s happiest curled up on your lap or following you around the house. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and recently tested negative for FIV/FeLv. Sidekick gets along with cats, dogs, and children, making her an easy companion for most households. Adopters must be at least 23 and live in the Hampton Roads area, and there are extra requirements for active duty military households. Sidekick was born on May 4, which makes her a Taurus—so expect persistence and plenty of cozy naps in sunny spots. Your new best friend is just one click away.
