Meet Expo! This 16.5 lb, 10-week-old husky-pit mix is the total package of smarts, sweetness, and silliness. He’s a potty pad king and already ringing the bell to go outside like a pro. In the crate? No problem—he’s rocking crate training and knows all the cool moves: sit, shake (with both paws), high five, lay down, and take treats oh-so-gently. His favorite things? Sweet potatoes, ice cubes, zoomies in the grass, and wrestling matches with his sister—followed by a well-earned nap in the shade or sprawled out on the cool tile. He’s fantastic with kids, though he hasn’t met cats or other animals yet. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun-loving pup who’s equal parts cuddle buddy and adventure pal, this guy is ready to steal your heart (and maybe your sweet potatoes). I have a 7-year-old through a 17-year-old, and he’s gentle and playful with all of them. Good with men: Yes — he loves playing with my husband and gets along great with him. Crate trained/in process: Unsure — we haven’t crated him here. Doggy door trained: Yes. Leash trained: Yes, he walks very well! Knows any tricks: Sit, shake (or paw), and speak — my 16-year-old actually taught him that one! Likes: Playing fetch, chew toys, bones, and being wherever the family is. Dislikes: Not being part of the action — he’s definitely a people dog. Must haves: Plenty of exercise, durable toys, and someone who enjoys an affectionate, clever pup. Apartment dog: Probably not ideal — he’s tall and active, so a yard would be better. Fun facts: He’s super smart and curious — sometimes a little too clever for his own good!
