About Cooper

If you want a big goofball who instantly brightens the room, Cooper fits the bill. This young pup is thrilled to meet anyone—human or dog—and never turns down a scratch behind the ears, a quick game of fetch, or something tasty from your hand. He knows his way around a house and crate, and his playful streak extends to his favorite toys and peaceful time spent with small dogs. Car rides are a breeze for Cooper, so tagging along on errands or hiking trails is right up his alley. Because Cooper is still an excitable young guy, he thrives on routines that give him structure and plenty of outlets for his energy. He can be jumpy when he first gets excited, so a family that’s ready to set boundaries and help him focus will see him at his best. Cooper’s happiest outside the kennel, in a stable home where he gets consistency, patience, and—most of all—a nonstop supply of affection. He’s scheduled to be neutered on Oct. 30. Fun fact: Cooper is a Virgo, so he has a loving, loyal, and sometimes silly side. Click apply to start the adoption process.
