Spot
AvailableSpot is a 4 year, 4 month old neutered male Rat Terrier/Jack Russell mix with a tricolor (brown, black, and white) coat. He’s classified as medium-sized and is vaccinated. Spot is a tripod due to a partial limb amputation. He currently lives in Tucson, AZ and gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children.
About Spot
Spot came from some truly rough beginnings, rescued from a spot where he’d clearly been neglected and injured—his foot’s bones were exposed when he was found. Now, you’d never guess it by looking at him. Despite a partial limb amputation on one of his back legs, Spot is the picture of a happy, resilient dog. He’s tall for a Rat Terrier/Jack Russell mix and fits right in by playing with the dogs in his foster home or relaxing on the couch after a long romp. He gets along well with other dogs, cats, and is gentle with children. Spot’s a tripaw, but he doesn’t act like he’s missing anything. Nothing slows him down and he adapts to every situation with good humor. Spot is currently in Tucson, AZ, and meet-and-greets are available in Sierra Vista or Tucson only. As a Capricorn, he’s determined, loyal, and not afraid of a challenge. Give him a soft spot by your side and some good company—he’ll be content. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
