Maximus
AvailableMaximus is a domestic short hair cat with a medium build and is neutered. He is currently in West Cornwall, CT, and looking for a home where he can stay with his companion Freya. His confidence has grown tremendously, and he is ready for a loving indoor life.
About Maximus
Maximus started out timid after he was rescued with Freya from a car engine, but he’s gained a lot of confidence and now actively seeks out people for affection. Once Maximus gets comfortable, expect full-on lap cat behavior—he loves cuddles and isn’t shy about asking for pets. Freya is still learning to trust, but Maximus’ presence helps her feel safe and curious. The best setting for this pair is a home where they can stay together and be the only cats, especially since Freya is FIV positive. Freya’s favorite toys and treats will help her open up. Both are looking for a home with patient adopters who understand that trust takes time. They’ve been through a lot and deserve to land somewhere quiet, steady, and full of love. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
