About Phoenix
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Phoenix is such a sweet and gentle soul. Previously living in and around a homeless encampment, he likely experienced the ups and downs of life on the street, but his loving spirit still shines bright. You can see that Phoenix was once part of a family in the way he softens, melts into pets, gently takes treats, and gives sweet kisses to show his gratitude. Heโs a sensitive boy, a little afraid of loud noises and lots of commotion. Because of this, he would truly thrive in a peaceful home with a cozy backyard where he can sunbathe, nap in comfort, have snacks, and enjoy peaceful cuddles throughout the day. Phoenix arrived very thin, but with nourishing home-cooked meals and supplements, heโs gained healthy weight. During his journey, Phoenix lost some fur and was diagnosed with Color Dilute Alopecia, but with careful care, melatonin, and a calmer environment, his coat is recovering beautifully. He is a lovely, quiet gentleman with a heart full of love, simply waiting for a forever home. As a special quirk, Phoenix absolutely loves car rides and would happily spend hours just sitting in the car if you let him! Let's make it official, apply to adopt!
