Scooby Doo
AvailableScooby is a large adult male terrier who is currently being cared for by Lil Rascals Dog Rescue. He is already neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. Scooby is friendly with dogs, cats, and children. He does have special needs: he experienced a previous spinal injury and now wears a belly band for urinary and fecal incontinence, and he requires prescription eye drops for dry eye. Despite these challenges, he is mobile and enjoys life. A home with a fenced-in yard is preferred so he can enjoy time outside.
About Scooby Doo
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Scooby has been patiently waiting for his forever home for five years, and it's about time this gentle boy finds the loving family he deserves. At 7 years old and 70 pounds, Scooby is a lovable and devoted terrier who adores his people, always eager to be close by for snuggles, kisses, or a cozy nap. He is well-socialized—friendly with dogs, cats, and children—and prefers playful and patient companions. Scooby is crate-trained and knows several commands, making him a wonderful and easygoing house companion. He has a fun, silly personality, humoring his foster family with costumes and loving his pillows and toys, especially stuffies and Benebones. Scooby enjoys sunbathing and lounging outside, so a home with a fenced-in yard is ideal for him. He has overcome the odds after a spinal cord injury left him initially unable to walk; he’s now mobile, climbs into bed and onto couches, and can zip around the yard. Scooby does require some extra care: he wears a belly band inside due to both urinary and fecal incontinence, and he is on prescription eye drops for dry eye—both of which he handles like a champ with a treat and a smile. His incredibly affectionate, goofy nature makes every day brighter and will fill your home with love and laughter. If you’re ready to open your heart to this very special, deserving boy, Scooby is waiting to make your family complete. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
