Scottie is a sweet, energetic child and dog friendly 71 pound Shep mix. He was found abandoned in a field with his private parts mutilated due to an at home botched neuter. He was taken to Riverside Shelter where he was eventually scheduled for euthanasia. We saved him and reunited him with the woman who found him in the field and he's currently in foster care on her ranch!
