About Bear
Bear is a true sweetheart who thrives on play and activity, but he also cherishes a solid cuddle, especially when belly rubs are involved—his favorite. He does great in the car and is a regular at local restaurants where he’s quickly become everyone’s favorite bar dog. Bear’s story took a turn when he was found starving and injured after being struck by a car. After two surgeries and months of hard work in rehab, he’s made a full recovery and is now strong, energetic, and ready for a family. He gets along extremely well with other dogs, cats, and children, so he’d fit right in with most households. For his own safety, a secure, fenced yard is a must; Bear loves to play outdoors. He’s not fully housebroken yet but is eager for rides in the car and all the affection you can offer. Born May 6, Bear is a Taurus—so expect a loyal and determined companion with a dependable nature. He’s waiting for someone to make him part of their world. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
